The complete recipe, just add water
Instructions for preparation:
Put the contents of the bag into a bowl and add about 230 ml of water (depending on the density of the dough). From the mixture we make a smooth dough and let it rise in a warm place.
Put the sour dough on a floured board and form it to loafs. With oiled hands, we shape them and we fry them in hot oil from both sides immediately.
We put little salt on hot langos with and we can garnish them with garlic, put ketchup, cream or sprinkle with grated cheese.

Ingredients: wheat flour, fat milk powder, actively dried baker's leaven (dried baker's leaven, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate), food salt. It may contain eggs.
Store in a dry place!
