Ingredients: foaming substance (glucose syrup, fully hydrogenated palm kernel fat, emulsifiers: E 471, E 472a, milk protein, stabilizer: E 340ii), aroma (contains milk).
Instructions for preparation:
Mix the contents of the bag in 150 ml of cold milk well. Flavor if necessary. Whisk the mixture in a tall bowl at the highest speed with an electric whisk until the required thickening - about 3 minutes. Store in the fridge before serving.
