Put 1 - 2 teaspoons (2-4g) of Cereva into a cup and pour over hot, not boiling water or milk. You can sweeten you finished drink.
Ice Refreshment:
Put 1 - 2 teaspoons (2-4g) of Cereva into a tall glass, pour in a little hot water or milk, top up with cold frothed milk, add a portion of vanilla, chocolate or caramel ice cream, garnish with whipped cream, sprinkle with cinnamon and refresh yourself.
