TERMS OF DELIVERY

The Seller delivers, on the base of the Buyer's order, the goods in the required quantity and quality, packed like i tis necessary for its preservation and protection.

The Seller ensures that the delivered goods comply with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic.

The Seller delivers to the buyer along with the goods an invoice, which also serves as a delivery note.

The Seller sends the ordered goods within two working days (48 hours) from the recivecing of the order.

The goods become the property of the Buyer after payingt of the purchase of full amount.

The Seller sends and transports the ordered goods through the Slovak Post (in the form of a letter / package).

The Seller may agree with the Buyer on another way of delivering the goods at a corresponding price.

The Seller allows a personal collection each business days at adress: B.M. Kavoviny, spol. s r.o., Bratislavska cesta 807/10,

926 01 Sered, Department of "DELIVERY", at 8:00 am do 14,00 hod.
